How to send a crash log in iOS to the Cryptomator Team?

You can find the crash log by following the guide “Locate Crash Reports and Memory Logs on the Device” at: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/acquiring-crash-reports-and-diagnostic-logs#Locate-Crash-Reports-and-Memory-Logs-on-the-Device

  1. Open the Analytics & Improvements section of Settings on the device.
  2. Tap Analytics Data.
  3. Locate the log for Cryptomator. The log name starts with Cryptomator_<DateTime> or FileProvider_<DateTime> for crash reports.
  4. Locate the log for Cryptomator. The logs will be named in the format: Cryptomator_<DateTime>_<DeviceName>
  5. Tap the Share icon, and select Mail to send the crash report as a mail attachment to support@cryptomator.org.
