How to launch app minimized at startup on MacOS

Hello people,
I’m wondering if there’s a way to autostart Cryptomator in minimized mode, so I’ll have it ready for use.
Actually if I put the app to start at login, even if I flag “hidden” (Sorry, I don’t know how is translated in English) in System Preferences, the app starts and shows the main window of Cryptomator on the screen.
There’s an option to avoid this?
