How to access vaults between Windows and Android/iOS

I create a vault on my computer using the Windows app. That is working well.

How do I then access that vault using the Android or iOS app? What are my options? It looks like Google Drive is an option. I use pcloud. Can I store my vault in pcloud and access it directly with the android app?

Just trying to understand my options before purchasing the android app.
