High memory usage on Linux

Hi.

I’m seeing 600MB + of RAM usage by Cryptomator when the computer is idle, no frontend applications are running and no files inside the vault are being accessed.

Those 600MB of 16GB total is 4%, which always puts Cryptomator at the very top of the list of memory usage during idle state.

  • I’m on LMDE-7 and are currently using Cryptomator v1.18.0 (appimage-5957)
  • Locking the vault does nothing to the memory usage.
  • Vault is just under 3GB in size and resides in a local folder inside my Home directory, which is synced with pCloud.

I hope someone has some insight to this.
