High CPU load on idle

Hi,

am using win 10, storing my vaults on Onedrive. When unlocking the vault (dokany), without opening files, the CPU load increases and stays high causing the Lenovo Laptop i9 to run the fans on max, which is too loud for the workplace and lectures. Upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6.1 but it didn’t solve the problem. The vault size is 120GB.

Are there any solutions known?

Normally, as long as no program access the vault, no load is created. I suspect a backup, scan or indexing service, which traverses the vault.

You can use the app ProcessExplorer to see, which process access the vault, see also
