I have personal information that I would like to keep private on my computer and then back it up to the cloud.
I want to backup my personal data to have them backed up in the cloud (google drive), that’s why I decided to use Cryptomator, but I’m afraid that when uploading my files to the cloud, these files will be deleted because they are encrypted
I am using Onedrive, GoogleDrive, and Storj for my cryptomator vaults (besides own hosted storage).
Never had an issue with unwanted file deletion of cryptomator files (or any other file).
I also did not here about that.
That would be a reason for me to immediately stop using this storage provider at all.
