Depending which filesystem driver is used to integrate the webdav storage into the os, it is a known bug, see https://github.com/cryptomator/cryptomator/issues/696#issuecomment-648727556.
@amigaosz According to your logs you are using GVFS. The workaround is to use davfs2 instead, see above link.
Quite recently, there was some movement in upstream bug, so there is a chance for a midterm fix.
