I have Cryptomator on a Windows 10 computer. I have noted a problem a few times when copying files to the vault that the Cryptomator file structure became corrupted. In all cases, I was able to repair the file system with the Health Check utility either automatically or with a manual operation. I noted that this problem only seems occur when I was copying multiple files or directories in a single operation using using copy-and-past. Is this a known problem? My solution for the moment is to only copy one file at a time rather than selecting multiple files for a copy. That seems to be working for now. For safe-keeping, I keep an unencrypted copy of all my Cryptomator files on a Western Digital external hard drive that I store in my fire safe.
