Title: Critical Data Loss: File Becomes 0 KB After Canceling the Android Intent Resolver (Android 16, v1.12.3)

I encountered what appears to be a critical data-loss bug, primarily with video files.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Tap a video inside the vault.

  2. When the Android Intent Resolver (“Open with”) appears, press Back.

  3. Open the same file again.

Expected: Canceling the Intent Resolver should not modify the file.

Actual: The encrypted file becomes 0 KB, and the decrypted view also becomes 0 KB, resulting in data loss.
