"Fehlender Dateisystemknoten" (= engl. "missing file system node" or similar?)

Hello,
I am using Cryptomator for years, now for some days I get the error “Fehlender Dateisystemknoten (2)” (= engl. “missing file system node” or similar, I don´t know). Cryptomator opens in a debug mode…

What can and should I do now? Or is it an update bug?
Thanks for help!
I have log files but I do not know whether it is safe to publish them here…(?)

Win 11, Cryptomator 1.16.0

Please uninstall and install Cryptomator. You can re-add your vaults after a re-install, your personal data won’t be lost.

@pranav Such events are not related to the Cryptomator app/installation, but to a vault and its structure. Hence, a reinstallation won’t change anything.

@1962up We updated our documentation about the the vault events, see Events and Event View | Cryptomator Documentation

I am a bit helpless now. I read the documentation. I should restore the files from the cloud (Magenta) but the protocol of Magenta shows many server conflicts and the new file versions are not uploaded to the cloud. So I cannot restore a current version. (“Konflikt: Serverversion heruntergeladen, lokale Kopie umbenannt und nicht hochgeladen”, conflicted copy [=copies]… c9r) I cannot see any damage on first eye sight in the files.

I am a total lay: Why is it not possible to copy the files from the open vault folder to another folder outside Cryptomator and copy them back to encrypt them newly? Or is there any other solution?
And how can I prevent this error in the future?
