[feature request] option to disable flattening of the folder tree?

Hi~

would be nice to have option to disable flattening of the folder tree.
(and allow one to identify the file/folder by date of modification and size)

  1. it is scary to have the “structure” distorted and the files are encrypted.
  2. in any case, i can more easily locate the important files, copy out, and decrypt by official tools.
    (actually with sanitizer i think the same can be done. just more typing work)

btw, a comparision among different tools.
and you may inform that author for updates on ctmt if necessary.

if people need folder flattening, ctmt is good in that.
and is the only functioning/mature foss one that provide that function.
