Hello Infeo,
I wanted to open a vault I have on one partition, but the issue is that Cryptomator now only sees my root partition (including /home partition) and nothing else. Not even /mnt/ or /media in my root part. Rebooting didn’t solve that.
Running: Ubuntu 22.04 + Cryptomator 1.12.3 (flatpak-1)
By default, the flatpak version of Cryptomator has restricted filesystem access and this restriction must be deactivated by the user.
Instructions on how to do that can be found here Unable to mount from external or network drive · Issue #16 · flathub/org.cryptomator.Cryptomator · GitHub or here Cryptomator flatpak doesn't find safes - #2 by Encrypt-This
I thought it might be permission issue.
However following the advice and setting ‘–filesystem=host’ doesn’t change that. Even after app restart the partitions are not visible.
Note to self: You have to close Cryptomator AND kill all processes related to Cryptomator. Then start it again. Works.
