Hello,
I’m a first-time user and just downloaded Version 1.12.4 from the website. I ran the installer and it seemed to succeed without issue. But when I try to run Cryptomator.exe, nothing happens. I don’t see the app appear in Task Manager, I don’t see a Cryptomator folder in %appdata%, nothing.
Things I’ve tried:
- Repairing the installation via re-running the installer
- Uninstalling / reinstalling
- Downloading and using the MSI version (same behavior)
- Restarting my PC
- Running the app as administrator
I’m on the latest version of Windows 10.
What else can I do to troubleshoot? Thanks in advance.
