Hello, the the version without in-app purchases has been removed from Russian App Store, downloading the version with in-app purchases and trying to restore purchases results in nothing.
This is probably due to the current EU sanctions against Russia.

Then why regular version with in-app purchases is avaliable?
I am not an expert for export or sanction laws. So I can only guess. From my understanding: it’s about encryption.
With the (very) old iOS app (payed) the encryption and decryption is possible. With the new iOS app (freemium) you have the option to use it read only (decrypt). The full version with the possibility to encrypt is unlocked via in-app purchase.
Again: this is only a personal guess.
So I wrote them an e-mail like 2,5 days ago, still waiting for their response
