Cryptomator slow on Mac M1 compared to IOS devices

The cryptomator app is listing data much slower in the Mac OS (15.2 (24C101)) finder compared to the files app in IOS (18.1.1). Under IOS the application runs fast, the desktop finder integration is much slower. The speed seems to slow down with the amont of files in a folder. Less files are listed much faster. The speed decreases with the amount of files in a folder.

IOS in not showing this behaviour. Any ideas?

Any ideas on this. Antivirus is not causing this issue. It would be nice to hear if anyone else has this problem too. Or is there a trick of fix to solve it?
