Cryptomator main windows does not display any text

Hi,

I’m using version 1.31 on Windows 10, but it is hardly usable, as there is not text displayed on buttons or the window. The problem showed up when updating to verswion 1.31

I tried a complete uninstall, but this doesn’t help.
Any ideas?

Thanks and best regards
Alex

I haven’t heard of such an issue before. Sounds like an issue with fonts. I’m not able to find anything on “javafx missing text” online (Cryptomator’s UI is based on JavaFX).

Could you please look inside the log file if there are any error messages?

Thanks for your answer.

I’ve activated the debug switch, but didn’t get much, here it is:
I’m doing the update to version 1.3.3 …

Back again from the update.
In more detail: I did a uninstall, clean boot and that a install of version 1.3.3 from scratch.
Unfortunately, there are still no fonts.

Here is the log …

I’m not sure if debug is switch on. Unfortunately I cannot locate the debug mode checkbox since the update to version 1.3.3

Thanks for any ideas
Alex

Hi,

the problem is solved.
As there are now errors in the log file, I checked how things work with the onboard graphic card.
Well, this solved the problem.
So, not problem with cryptomator.

Best regards. and thanks for your support.
