I am in the process of changing multiple phones around and I have like 4 iOS devices and 2 androids (long story.) Do I need to purchase the app on each device?

Also, I signed up and accidentally used an email that’s not mine (not this account), but someone I don’t know got
A couple activation emails, it’s wrong by a letter. How do I cancel it?

As far as I know, mobile app purchases are always connected to the apple or google account which was used to purchase.
