Cryptomator access issue, Error Code 6HCL:2GTN:8714

Hi beautiful Cryptomating People :wink:
I use CM on Ubuntu 22.04LTS, OS regularly updated, and I cannot access to one of my vaults. The others are accessible.
The app gives me this message below, and in addition the link to the solution in the app’s error “look up solution” window is inaccessible (click not active).
Can you help?
