I set up a WebDAV server on my local network. I can access the server across the network with Cryptomator on my tablet and phone. I can create, view and rename vaults from those devices, but I cannot mount vaults, whether they are created from those devices or directly on Windows. Any ideas?

sure, you just have to revert the FluxDrive engine by switching to the 42th settings dimension and warp the abstract engine object (AEO) to a concrete one.
Okay, kidding aside, to help you, we need more info about your problem: Does Cryptomator show an error? If so, what is the error code? if not, describe exaclty in an orderd list of steps what you do till the error happens.
