Cannot open existing vault for OneDrive iOS (18.6.2)

Error: Unable to perform unauthorized operation

using iOS version 2.7.1

iPadOS 18.6.2

(I am not having any trouble with the vault I have in Dropbox.)

signing out of OneDrive and re-adding the vaults solved the problem
