Vitrual Drive: Fuse-T

I had a red dot on the main-windows bell (left lower corner). Clicking on it showed me some BROKEN DIRECTORY LINK and BROKEN FILESYSTEM NODE errors.

What are these? How to fix them? How to prevent it?
