Boxcryptor Expires and not able to download encrypted files yet

Hi,

I am on travel until mid of septembert 2024. I just got noticed that my Boxcryptor subcr. will expire 30 aug 24. and will not be supported anymore. So I need to download the encryted files on Google drive and decryted them on to a safe drive, then using Cryptomator to encrypt them again and uploadd to google drive again. But since I am travelling nw with my camper I am no access to a a fast internet connection to download more than 2TB…
To be safe I downloaded my boxcryptor key and I just hope I can still use it to download the encrypted files at home even when my account has expired…?

Hi and welcome.
I doubt that boxcryptor will keep your files online despite not having a running subscription.
But to be sure you should ask this question at the boxcryptor support.

There should be a way but I have never tested that, so no guarantee from my side
