I think that my encrypted Cryptomator vault is in Dropbox, which in turn is stored in the cloud. However, when I look at my files and folders in Dropbox online, I only see two “masterkey” files and two folders labeled “d” and “m”. In turn, those two folders have bunches of folders within them.
When I first set up Cryptomator, I had been using Dropbox for a year or more. So I placed the vault within Dropbox. I just want to get the peace of mind to know that I did it properly.
If this topic is already explained in one of Community’s Guides or Manuals, please feel free to just point me toward the right one.
