1.19.1 Installation blocked

I’m having the following message from Norton. Can we make the code better or is there an impact to keep this file blocked? Ofcourse, I downloaded from the same website.

Hi,

I confirm, same alert with Norton during the installation. I also downloaded the software from the site having taken care to check the fingerprint of the file.

Best regards.

Probably best to add an exception in Norton. Either that or temporarily disable during install.

Thank you for your reports. Those are false positives. The reported files are safe and part of the installer. If you are unsure if you downloaded the official installer, you can always verify it.

Same just happend with 1.19.2 and Bitdefender (while 1.19.1 gave no warnings and installed).

Funny enough: looking for the protocol of “malicious” scripts, BD found nothing, not even created a protocol entry and the install went flawless.
