Problems with iOS 13 & OneDrive

Hello,

I’ve got the problem shown in the picture. I tried to reinstall, all updates are made, I createt a new store, nothing works… Where is the problem?

With my Win10 system there are no problems with the same files…

Thanks!

I also got a problem with the OneDrive (business account). I cannot even create a vault. Only get a random error message. Installed the app just yesterday.

Both issues seem to be related even though I’m quite puzzled by this. We’ll release an update by the end of the week, which should either fix the bug or hopefully show a more meaningful error message.

Is it possible that you are switching back and forth between multiple OneDrive accounts? Just noticed a bug there that also shows this error message but that’s just a wild guess now.

Additional info. As I’m using OneDrive4Business as well I tried to reproduce this with the iOS app (1.5.0 663). I noticed that when I tried to open my vault, that I have to go though the Microsoft „grant Cryptomator access to your account“ process again. This was unusual as this account was already connected with the app.
But in my case I did not run into any problems after I completed the process and can open my vault.
iOS version 13.4.1

Sorry for my reply in german, but for me it is much more easier to describe the problem and what I tried to do…

Hallo liebes Entwicklerteam,
