Can't access current vaults

You’re probably experiencing this issue:

Unable to use OneDrive with Files On-Demand enabled

I can’t even add a vault located on OneDrive in Windows Insider Preview (Bld 16296). It has this “new” OneDrive client, all files downloaded for offline use, but still no success. Any clues?
