Can 32bit atom tablet open v1.4.x ctmt container?

I know 32bit atom dont have java 9,
so wont have ctmt v1.4.x.

so, I store my files in v1.4.x on USB drive,
read write OK on desktop 64bit windows.

What will happen when I use atom 32bit CPU + ctmt v1.3.x to open the container?

only missing those 4GB+ files or what?
But I can still read write 4GB- files right?

in roadmap, clearly say no ctmt 1.4 for 32bit atom wintab. ok i stick with 32b atom wintab+ctmt 1.3.3 so will the vault from 1.3.3 and 1.4.x be fully compatible? what if i use desktop+1.4.x put a 5gb movie into a vault and open with atom wintab+ctmt 1.3.3, vice versa? thx

oh yeah,

that answer say:

the 64bit PC can add 5GB files to 1.4.x container,
the 32bit atom can read that 5GB files.

yet, not the way round.
