I have suddenly stopped being able to access my Cryptomator vaults on Box using WebDav on my Android phone and my Lenovo tablet. I get an ‘Authentication failed’ error message. I have no problem accessing Box itself from these devices. And I can access and open the vaults on my iMac. Previously the connection to the vaults functioned perfectly on Android and I haven’t changed anything. Any suggestions as to what the problem could be?
My problem had a simple solution - I had forgotten that I had changed my Box login password and was trying to log in with the old password. Duh!
