New user. Able to create and use a drive on desktop AND on my Android on Google Drive BUT cannot see any vaults made from the other device. In other words I cannot see on the Android a vault created from desktop and vice versa. Both devices use the same account I can see all other documents on either device. Kind of frustrated

It sounds frustrating indeed. It sounds to me like a synchronization issue on Desktop. Does Google Drive on Desktop show any sync errors? And have you tried to restart the sync client? I know for a fact that the old Google Drive app for Desktop wasn’t very reliable regarding syncing. If you haven’t already, download the new “Backup and Sync from Google” app which is much more reliable: https://www.google.com/drive/download/
