Saving Password - How secure is it?

Hi.

I am wondering how secure it is to save the password with the Windows Data Security service? (IMAGE)

Afaik browser passwords are also saved like that and it is quite easy to decrypt them.

So basically i was right and i will keep the Passwords in my Password-manager.
