I just purchased this app. I had everything uploading to my cloud account. Everything was working fine until my phone went to sleep. When I tried entering my password, it keeps saying “wrong password”.
I know it’s correct. I tried copying & pasting and typing it in manually. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still no luck.

Are you talking about the cloud password or the vault password?
Which cloud do you use?
The Vault password.
I apologize but I just emailed you guys requesting a refund. I purchased this app this morning. I used it for about 20 minutes then encountered the problem when my phone’s screen saver came on. But prior to that, in the initial setup, I made sure I changed the app’s “timeout” lock section to “none”. I don’t want to have to troubleshoot shoot something that I just purchased.
