Hi,

I’m switching from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
How do I transfer Cryptomator to the new computer?
Didn’t find it in the manual or KB.

Just install cryptomator and sync software of your cloud provider. Then sync the encrypted files to your new pc. Then ad a vault and select the folder of the now offline available vault. Don’t Klick “create vault”. Use “select existing vault” instead.

@Michael’s approach is just right.

Also, you can safely copy the encrypted vault directory as a whole. It will not harm your files.

That information maybe would also help other people and should be added to the manual/knowledge base.
