I’ve been using cryptomator along with google drive for some time now without issue. Recently, the MS Office Upload center began to pop up but when I hit save its not syncing to the google drive. Are these preferences correct? What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

according to a Microsoft support article about the Upload Center, my understanding is that Microsofts caches your documents unencrypted and then tries to “upload” them to your vault.
My suggestion is, if possible, to deactivate the upload center for your vault documents. Otherwise, try to use the “WinFsp (Local Drive)” volume type.
