When I start cryptomator the tray icon has a “raw style”:
Is it possible to change to a nice icon?
(I know that this is not a really important issue but it would be really nice. 
)

Nope. Long outstading issue, because the tray icon support in used graphics framework is quite outdated. (see also Tray Icon for Common Linux Environments · Issue #1645 · cryptomator/cryptomator · GitHub)
