Can anyone tell me, whether the iOS app is usable with VoiceOver?

Yes, I currently use the iOS app with VoiceOver. I’ll offer a few tips that may help:

There are a few unlabelled buttons, the settings button on the main screen, and the actions button when you are viewing the contents of a vault.
Both buttons are at the top right of the screen in their respective views.

There are some times where you will need to explore the screen by touch, flicking will miss some elements on screen.

The app works pretty well overall, and I have been using it for a few years now. The first launch experience is easy enough to get through, and adding vaults is a breeze.
