Folder does not update on all PCs

I save a file on my laptop and if I want to open it on my PC, it doesn’t update. But the cloud has updated.
Even if I update manually, I have two different files in the folder, depending on which PC I open it on.

Please make sure that the sync client of the cloud is running on the PC and has finished syncing.
Often that is the reason…

It’s active. The files are always updated in the dropbox itself - but not in the encrypted folders.

Please confirm that all encrypted files are on all local PC. Not only online in Dropbox.
