Is it possible with the Cryptomator to encrypt entirely USB and external drives connected to Desktop ? Or, can the Cryptomator just hide an USB or an external drive connected to the desktop, without encrypting their content ?
Cryptomator creates vaults, where you can store files in that are encrypted in the vault. It does not encrypt entire disks/drives. If you want to do that, veracrypt would’ve my choose.
No it does also not hide external drives from the OS.
