I was using Cryptomator on pCloud 2TB.
I purchased an additional 4TB today and can confirm that a total of 6TB is enabled on pCloud.
However, the capacity of Cryptomator cannot be increased from 2TB. How can I make it 6 TB?
As the Cryptomator encryption is local, Cryptomator vaults show the free capacity of your local system. Your cloud capacity of 6 TB is what you have online.
If you want to use all 6 TB with a Cryptomator vault, you’ll need to active something like „files-on-demand“ or „filestreaming“ to free up local space. This is a function the storage provider has to provide.
It’s the same with other storage providers like GoogleDrive or OneDrive, and it’s irrelevant if you use Cryptomator or not.
