Hi,
when I copy a file into a Cryptomator vault, it’s time and date is changed. Not good. But ok.
But how can I change the date or time of a file in a container?
[rk9879@PC]/Users/rk9879$ ls -la /Volumes/Test-2/Containers-for-Dummies.pdf
-rwx------ 1 rk9879 staff 5901164 2 Dez 13:12 /Volumes/Test-2/Containers-for-Dummies.pdf
[rk9879@PC]/Users/rk9879$ touch -mt 201711111111.11 /Volumes/Test-2/Containers-for-Dummies.pdf
[rk9879@PC]/Users/rk9879$ ls -la /Volumes/Test-2/Containers-for-Dummies.pdf
-rwx------ 1 rk9879 staff 5901164 2 Dez 13:12 /Volumes/Test-2/Containers-for-Dummies.pdf
The normal tool provided by MacOS seems to fail. Any idea?
Without the possibility to change these metadata or to preserve the original values Cryptomator s only of very limited value to me. It is about hundreds of files with measurement data that have to be processed chronologically.
