Maybe there are ideas to publish a very simple ‘container read only’ version on f-droid? That would be really awesome.
Especially since this would be a perfect fall back solution if some long time in the future and under unforeseeable circumstances there might be no Cryptomator any more (hopefully this doesn’t happen 
). Then all those android only people have still access to their data.
